After her best performance (15.18 m) from four years ago was recognised as a national record in the weight throw (9.08 kg) at the end of February, Nadine Kremer upped her game this weekend. She threw 15m68m yesterday in Cessange, breaking the national record set by Mireille Tonizzo (15m21) in 2014.
She also had a good start to the season in the hammer throw with 46m50. Her training partner Isabeau Pleimling threw 49.08m, Annette Kohl 23m55 and Gilles Lorang 42m68.
Isabeau threw 15m01 for her debut in the weight, while Annette threw 9m47. For Gilles (12m52) it was the final rehearsal before the European Masters Athletics Championships Indoor, which will take place from 17 to 23 March in Torun, Poland.
