Interclubs Jeunes

Last weekend (30 April 2022), the first important team competition was on the agenda with the Interclubs Jeunes. Our girls performed very well and came in at an excellent fourth place despite a decimated team due to the many absences. The boys achieved a good 8th place, to which they dropped at the very end after the 4x100m relay team did not finish due to injury. At this point we would like to wish our runner a speedy recovery.
Highlight in the girls competition were the three first places of Lilly Gerhard: javelin (46m32 – PB), shot put (12m37) and high jump (1m53). Among the boys, Matteo Belluci showed up and came in third in the 400m with 52.23 seconds and Melvin Spoden ran a great first ever 400m hurdles race of his young career with 64.75 seconds.
