Our youth is at the top of its game!

On 15 January, the youth championships in the categories U16 to U20 took place for the first time in the Coque. Our youth dominated especially in the high jump. In the boys’ division, we were on the podium in every category. Jon Bourscheid came 1st in the U20 category with 1m89. Luca Costantini crowned himself U18 champion with a new personal best of 1m86. Thierry Kalmes (1m40) rounded off the results with a third place in the U16. In the U18, our girls created the perfect podium with Mia Bourscheid (1m64), Lena Do Carmo (1m58) and Carla Bellucci (1m50).

One title and one new personel best were not enough for Luca Costantini. He also crossed the finish line first in the 200m event (U18) in 23.99 seconds. The last title of the day went to Fränz Müller with a new personal best in the shot put with 11m54.
