About the club

Besides organizing numerous track and field meetings, the CAD is also the organizer of the traditional Tour de Dudelange and the Haard Trail. Venues of the club are the John F. Kennedy stadium in Dudelange, and the throwing field in Zoufftgen, France.

Today we have 300 active athletes and about 500 members. The club also has a small triathlon section.

The CAD athlete Tom Habscheid has been rewarded for his mega-comeback and for his bronze medal at the Paralympic Games in Paris, just as he was voted ‘Sportsman of the Year 2024’ yesterday in Mondorf. This October, our runners alternated between marathons and cross-country races. Denis and Laura went abroad to prove themselves over the 42 km. Denis ran a great time of 3h17 in Amsterdam. Laura crossed the finish line in Frankfurt in 3h22. This marathon counts for the Luxembourg championship and we congratulate Laura on her championship title. […]

The INAPS diploma ceremony for coaches and referees took place earlier this week. No less than eight CAD coaches and referees were recognized for their efforts.
