Mia at the European Youth Olympics Festival

Mia lived up to the Luxembourgish and CAD colours last week at the European Youth Olympics Festival in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia. In her high jump qualification she cleared all heights with ease in her first attempt, equalling her personal best of 1m70 and thus qualifying for the final the next day.

In this final she could not quite repeat her top performance of the previous day and ended up in 13th place. She thus gained first experiences at a major international championship, for which she can qualify again next year.
