The first good performances of the new year

This weekend was the Regio Meeting 3 in the Coque.
Yanis Braze made a lightning-fast start to his track and field career. In his second 60-metre race, he immediately improved his time by more than 1/10 with 7.43 seconds. Luca Costantini also achieved a new personal best in 7.60 seconds. Lena Koch changed her technique. In her first shot put competition with the rotational throw, she threw 8m29. In the same discipline, Olivier Caron threw 13m64 and Pol Muller 8m83. Leonie Bressler came second in the 400m in 63.50 seconds, the boys ran 55.55 seconds (Dylan Meyers) and 61.09 seconds (Henri Weydert). Mex Krecké ran the half distance in 25.57 seconds to finish third. He achieved the same placing in the 600 metres, which he ran in 1:35.53 minutes. Mia jumps 1m66 high and becomes 1t ex aequo.
