This October, our runners alternated between marathons and cross-country races. Denis and Laura went abroad to prove themselves over the 42 km. Denis ran a great time of 3h17 in Amsterdam. The INAPS diploma ceremony for coaches and referees took place earlier this week. No less than eight CAD coaches and referees were recognized for their efforts. Official results Excellent conditions this afternoon for the 2nd Cross-Country race of the season, with fine autumn weather, excellent participation and, once again, lots of spectators.
