About the club
Besides organizing numerous track and field meetings, the CAD is also the organizer of the traditional Tour de Dudelange and the Haard Trail. Venues of the club are the John F. Kennedy stadium in Dudelange, and the throwing field in Zoufftgen, France.
Today we have 300 active athletes and about 500 members. The club also has a small triathlon section.
This weekend, many runners participated in the Route du Vin along the Moselle. The event was also the national championship for the half marathon and the 5km. Today a big, motivated CAD participated at the season’s last Challenge Tageblatt.
This weekend (17+18.09.2022), the last big appointment of the season was held: the Coupe des Dames and the Coupe du Prince. Our ladies performed well on Saturday and, despite a decimated team of only 14 athletes, took an excellent second place with 9.393 points. After all, quality prevails over quantity.
